You receive a course certificate with assessed competencies. We don’t claim third-party accreditation; we emphasize verifiable skills.
How long do I have access to online content?
One year from purchase date. Updates to the course within that year are included at no extra cost.
Can I reschedule a workshop?
Yes. You may reschedule once without a fee if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Do you offer group or company training?
Yes. We deliver tailored sessions for crews with specific scopes, substrates, or timelines. Contact us for a proposal.
What tools do I need for practice?
We provide tool lists per course. Common items: trowels, wet saw, spacers, level, mixing paddle, and PPE.
